Make your own (Divine Nature or Choice and Accountability) – Record what you eat, how much you exercise, and how much sleep you get each day for a week. Then write in your journal what you can do to improve your eating, exercising, and sleeping habits. After two weeks of improving in these areas, report your progress and experience to a parent or leader. For Divine Nature, discuss with a parent or leader how your health affects your ability to develop your divine qualities.
